With the easy to use the platform, we can manage our work without any centralized management. Colleagues with the right interest and capabilities can sign up for swarms (a group of people with a shared skillset) and can take care of certain activities within the organization. Everyone has their own to-do list and the system lets us know which work should be done first.
No management required. Things just flow through the system. If I want something done, I just add it to the system and it takes care of the rest. It makes us more efficient and empowers colleagues to be more autonomous and productive. Especially in this time where everyone has to work from home, it really makes the difference.
